Anne is an integral part of Isaacson & Partners Solicitors, providing essential support across the firm through her role as a Legal Assistant. With many years of experience in administrative and client-facing positions, Anne plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Anne is often the first point of contact for clients, liaising with them both in person and over the telephone. She handles a wide range of enquiries relating to live and archived matters, including conveyancing, wills, and probate. Her warm, professional manner and ability to assist clients with clarity and care reflect the firm’s commitment to exceptional service.
Her responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing post, processing payments, printing documentation for fee earners, typing correspondence, and opening new files with accuracy and attention to detail. Anne also coordinates the external storage of completed matters, overseeing the retrieval and return of files as required. Her proactive approach ensures that the office remains organised, well-supplied, and efficient.
Anne’s thorough understanding of administrative processes, coupled with her reliability and client-focused approach, makes her a vital member of the team. Her contribution supports the firm’s solicitors in delivering seamless legal services to clients.
Anne qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in January 2007 (F.Inst.L.Ex – lapsed), demonstrating her strong grounding in legal processes and procedures.
