Having qualified through ILEX Part 1, Denise has honed her expertise across a diverse range of property transactions. Her extensive knowledge encompasses freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, new build acquisitions, buy-to-let investments, right to buy schemes, remortgages, and dealing with complex and unregistered titles. Denise is also proficient in the purchase and sale of commercial properties, lease extensions, and deeds of variation.
